Hello there... Welcome to Child Free By Choice's blog. Every week a new post will be uploaded here talking about all that is topical in the world of female sterilisation and the production of our film.

As you may have read on our About page this is a final year documentary produced by a crew of Television Production students from the University of Westminster. At only 20 years old, Megenta Balcombe goes on a journey of self-education as she considers sterilisation in the future. She will speak to those who have gone through the process as well as a doctor and nurse who talk her through the medical risks and the procedures available. Don't worry, Megenta will also be chatting with a lovely girl who strongly opposes female sterilisations - regardless of ones age and situation.

The last ten days have seen the start of production. Contacts have been made, the visuals have been thought out, locations have been considered, equipment booked and we've gone live on social media (you can find links for those throughout this website!). It's been a busy week but so far things are going well and the group is working together.

In the coming week there will be more organisation on our part but for you guys feel free to explore our website and social media pages. Every week a blog post and a separate vlog shall be uploaded to keep you updated on our progress and also get us all talking about female sterilisation more openly as we consider stories in the news and the arguments for and against.
